How do I get started with HOMEZALE?

Select "Sell Now" to start the sign up process.  Complete the form and provide us with some basic information about the home you want to sell.  In the next step you will enter your payment information to pay the setup fee. Afterwards, we will walk you through each step of the home selling process. 


How much does it cost to sell with HOMEZALE?

Sellers pay as low as $199 initial setup fee and 1% Listing Fee (Silver Plan) paid upfront based on listing price. The setup fee includes professional photography, home market analysis, "For Sale" yard sign and lock box installation.  HOMEZALE will provide you with expert representation and all the services of a full real estate brokerage for a low and affordable fee.  Sellers save on average $5,000 to $15,000 with HOMEZALE.

Buyer Agent Commissions

Your home will be listed on the MLS.  We will need to specify the buyer agent commission to be paid.  Traditional buyer agent commissions range from 2.5% - 3% of the home's selling price.  We recommend our sellers to pay 3% to the buyer agent to maximize the exposure of your home on the MLS.  A higher amount of showings will lead to your home selling faster and for a higher amount.


How do I get professional photos for my home?

Our listing package includes professional photography.  One of our photographers will contact you to schedule an appointment within 24 hours.  We will email you a link with the professional photos of your home.


What if I already have photos of my home?

If you have great photos of your home that you would like to use in addition to the professional photos for the marketing of your home you can email them to us at info@homezale.com.


How does HOMEZALE help sellers determine a price for their homes?

HOMEZALE is a licensed real estate brokerage and our real estate experts will provide sellers with a detailed Home Market Analysis.  Many factors are taken into consideration, including sales prices of comparable homes in your neighborhood, local market conditions, and the information that you provide us.  Sellers will use the Home Market Analysis to choose a price that is competitive and acceptable.


How does HOMEZALE help me select from multiple offers?

A home that is priced right and has a top marketing strategy in place has a great chance of generating multiple offers.  In a multiple offer situation, HOMEZALE will request all interested parties to submit their highest and best offers.  A HOMEZALE agent will provide you with expert advice and help you negotiate the best price and terms for the sale of your home. 


How long do I have to accept, counter or decline an offer?

Typical required response time frame for offers is between 24 to 48 Hours.  We will guide you and help you through this process. 


When do I need to move out of the home?

HOMEZALE will help coordinate a closing date that is convenient for you and the buyer.  You should plan to move out at least 48 hours before closing. The home should be clean and free of personal items and debris prior to the final walk through and closing.


What happens during the final walk through of my home?

One of our HOMEZALE representatives will contact you several days prior to the closing date to schedule the final walk through.  The walk through normally takes place 1-2 days prior to closing.  The purpose of the final walk through is to verify that personal property has been removed, the condition of the home remains unchanged, and to check on the completion of any agreed repairs.
